Teams is accessible via Internet navigator and by way of a direct installation of the software on a computer. Besides, a smart-phone application is also available.

• The “Activity” widget allows you to have an overview of the last actions made by a Teams team;
• The “Conversation” widget, which comes after, allows you to chat instantaneously with another person. Here you have two other widgets, “Recent ” and “Contacts” ;
•  In the “Teams” widget you will find different teams, depending of projects and working sites underway. It is more commonly called channels. Here depending on the team, you will find several important elements, including the “chat” widget, where all the team members may chat with one another and share their files;
• The “Meeting” widget makes it possible to display your scheduled meetings, along with their respective dates;
• You likewise have the “files” widget where you may create or directly download files. This widget allows you to visualize not only the files that are stored in OneDrive but also in all the Teams-based teams of which you are a member. You can also directly download and create files via this widget;
• A search bar is available on the application. The latter is located on the upper side of the window;
• If you enter a word or a first name, the search is going to suggest persons or Teams App.  teams, or again applications.

Avantages

• Easy to use

• A tool that is integrated into Office 365 and thus does not result into any additional expenses;

• The tools, the contents and the chats are available in the Teams environment/hub.

Disadvantages:

• Paid service (it is free only for the first six months);
• Totally controlled by Microsoft and not by the company.
