How to manage my bank alerts?

You just have to log in to your personal space:

  • go to "Cash Management";
  • on the home page of your "Cash Management" interface select the "Bank Alerts" option. Two options are available:

1) Management of the offer, accessible only by the acting Administrator of the portal and allows you to:

  • Subscribe online to the complete offer by clicking on "Subscribe";
  • Configure your basic offer by choosing the accounts for which you wish to receive notifications, by clicking on "Configure".

2) Alert management, allows you to configure the receipt of notifications on the accounts configured by the acting Administrator of the portal and which have been assigned to you:

  • Reception channel (E-mail or mobile application);
  • Time of reception (if applicable);
  • Threshold, i.e. the amount from which you wish to be notified (For example: to be notified by unpaid checks issued for an amount greater than or equal to MAD 100,000).

Available options:

  • Activate or deactivate a notification;
  • Modify an alert:
    • the accounts concerned by the notifications;
    • the threshold for certain notifications;
    • the schedule for receiving notifications.
